Robbie Collomore Concerts: Baron Fenwick, piano and Elena Ariza, cello
Collomore’s 2024 season opens with two exciting young performers, who will perform an eclectic program, including the Poulenc and Mendelssohn cello sonatas, a selection of works by J.S. Bach, and a charming work by their friend and colleague Anne Wang about “The Cat That Lived a Million Times.”
Pianist Baron Fenwick , originally from Boone NC, regularly performs with orchestras around the world. He gave his Carnegie Hall debut recital in 2018. Baron received his BM and MM degrees from Mannes College of Music, and is currently studying at Juilliard
Cellist Elena Ariza is rapidly establishing herself as one of today’s most creative, cutting-edge and community-driven cellists. She has won many performance awards, and has organized fundraiser events for the 2011 Japanese tsunami, the 2021 Haitian earthquake, and for those affected by the Russian war in Ukraine. Elena is currently a C.V. Starr Doctoral Fellow at Juilliard.
